Classical Guitar:

German VAZQUEZ RUBIO, U.S.A.
Solista

Indian/spruce
Requires Special Order
$ 4,950.00

Guitars International is honored to offer to its customers the beautiful handcrafted classical and flamenco guitars of German Vazquez Rubio (also sometimes referred to as G.V. Rubio, German V. Rubio, German Rubio and German Vazquez).

Vazquez Rubio's Solista Model incorporates the same well aged, high quality materials as his award winning Hauser Model classical guitar. The Solista model has a warm, round, well focused, even sound throughout all registers, beautiful quality and flexability of sound and an impressive dynamic range, making it an exremely attractive value in a concert guitar individually handcrafted by one of the world's most esteemed master luthiers. The spruce top Solista classical guitar offered here has a somewhat brighter sound than Vazquez Rubio's cedar top version of this instrument.

Materials: As with all this maestro's instruments, expect superb workmanship and materials: Indian sides and back, spruce soundboard, comfortably contoured cedar neck, ebony fingerboard, low easy action, French polish of shellac finish on the soundboard for optimum acoustic response, thinly applied lacquer finish on the sides, back and neck for durability, Schaller tuning machines (upgrade to Fustero tuning machines for $250.00 extra), signed label, hardshell case, one year written warranty, 650mm string length (special order 640mm and 630mm options available for $250.00 extra),
Galli Strings.
