- A self addressed stamped envelope;
- A note indicating how many tickets you wish to purchase and for which concert(s);
- Whether your tickets are for an adult or for a full time student, etc;
- If you are applying for a student discount, please indicate the name of the institution with which you are affiliated and its address.
- A telephone number (very important) where you may be reached if we have questions about your order.
To qualify for a student discount, you must be a full time student enrolled in an accredited educational institution.
